1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the MyBox app, the user accepts these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot use the service.
2. Description of the Service
MyBox is an application for organizing and cataloguing objects within homes, divided into floors, rooms and boxes. The service includes:
- Creation and management of home inventories
- Photo uploads for objects
- QR code generation and scanning for boxes
- Global search across all items
- Sharing houses with other users with read-only or edit permissions
- Tracking of lent or taken items
- Offline mode with automatic synchronization
3. User account
3.1 Registration
To use MyBox, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password.
3.2 Responsibility
The user is responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials
- All activities carried out through their account
- The accuracy of the data provided
4. Permitted use
The user agrees to:
- Use the app only for personal and lawful purposes
- Not upload illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights
- Not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
- Not use the app for commercial purposes without authorization
5. Intellectual property
MyBox and all associated content (design, code, trademarks) are the property of 123studio.dev. Content uploaded by the user (photos, names, notes) remains the property of the user.
6. Limitation of liability
MyBox is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service availability
- The absence of errors or malfunctions
- Absolute data security (while adopting reasonable measures)
We are not responsible for any data loss due to causes beyond our control.
7. Account deletion
Users can delete their account at any time from the Account screen in the app. Deletion results in the permanent removal of all associated data.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the relevant Court shall have jurisdiction.
